This policy explains how tsyulab (the "Site") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the booking feature.
01 What we collect
Account data: the email and name you provide at sign-up.
Booking data: the project name, brief, budget range, preferred deadline and contact email you enter when submitting a request.
The Site does not collect personal data beyond the above, and never asks for credit card or payment details.
02 How we use it
To create and manage your account, process your requests, reply with quotes, and contact you about your booking when needed.
We never sell your personal data or share it with unrelated third parties for marketing.
03 Storage and third parties
The Site relies on: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (site and API hosting), and an email delivery service (confirmation and notification emails).
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may store data on servers outside your country.
04 Cookies and tracking
The Site only uses the essential cookie needed to keep you logged in (Supabase auth). No advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking are used.
05 Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. When logged in you can view and cancel bookings under "My Bookings"; to delete your account or full data, contact us by email.
06 Data retention
Account and booking data are retained until you request deletion, or until the end of a reasonable operational and legal retention period.
