The Site offers freelance development services, including custom design and build of websites, online booking and automation systems. The actual scope is defined per project.

Submitting a request through the Site is an enquiry only and does not form a contract. A quote is provided separately based on your scope, and an engagement begins only after both parties confirm in writing (including email).

All prices and timelines are estimates; the final confirmed scope governs.

You agree to provide accurate, complete request information and to keep your account credentials secure. You must not use the Site for unlawful, infringing or disruptive activity.

Rights to custom deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. Unless otherwise agreed, the Site may showcase completed work in its portfolio while avoiding disclosure of your confidential information.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use.

These terms may be updated from time to time; changes are posted on this page and effective as of the update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
